By purchasing or receiving any Squarespace website template from Square Tailor, you agree to the following terms:

License

You are purchasing a single-use license for one Squarespace website template. This license grants you the right to use the template for one personal or commercial project only.

You may not:

• Re-sell, share, or redistribute the template in any form

• Use the template for multiple clients or projects without purchasing additional licenses

• Claim the design as your own if using it for resale or redistribution

• Remove or alter design credits (if included) without written permission

You may:

• Customize the template for your own business or brand

• Change fonts, colors, layouts, and content as needed

• Transfer the template to your own Squarespace account

• Launch the site commercially for one business or personal brand

Template Delivery

You will receive access to the template via email, and receive an invitation to become a contributor. I will then transfer ownership of the template to you. You are responsible for accepting the invitation and duplicating or activating the template in your own Squarespace account.

Support

Basic support is available for 7 days post-purchase to assist with template access, setup questions, or technical issues related to installation.

Customization beyond the base template (design edits, platform help, copywriting, branding, etc.) is not included unless otherwise agreed upon.

Legal

All template designs are the intellectual property of Square Tailor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
